1. Who we are
Magnific Creative Hub (“MCH,” “we,” “us”) is a creative program operated by Balter Films LLC, a company registered in California, United States, with its business address at 13488 Maxella Ave, Marina Del Rey, CA 90292, USA.
This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. If you have any question about it, write to us at hello@magnificcreativehub.com.
2. What we collect
We keep it minimal. Through this website we collect:
- Your email address, when you submit it through our signup form, along with anything else you choose to include in the form.
- Basic technical data that web hosting infrastructure records automatically, such as your IP address and browser type, in standard server logs.
We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used; it sets cookies and collects usage data such as pages visited, browser type, and approximate location. Analytics runs only if you accept it in the cookie banner — if you decline, no analytics cookies are set. You can change your choice anytime by clearing this site’s cookies in your browser.
3. How we use your information
We use your email address to:
- Respond to your interest in Magnific Creative Hub and process your application or inquiry;
- Send you news and updates about MCH, including marketing communications — only if you opted in, and you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any such email or by writing to us;
- Operate, secure, and improve this website.
For visitors in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, our legal bases are: your consent (for marketing emails), steps taken at your request prior to entering into an agreement (processing applications), and our legitimate interest in running and protecting the program (everything else).
4. Where your information lives
Submitted information is stored in a private database hosted by Notion Labs, Inc. (United States), accessible only to the MCH team. Because we are based in the United States, your information is processed and stored in the US. If you are located outside the US, your information is transferred to the US when you submit it; we protect it as described in this policy regardless of where you are located.
5. Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers. We share it only with:
- Magnific (Freepik Company) — the platform in partnership with which the MCH program operates — where relevant to running the program, for example when reviewing creator applications;
- Service providers that help us operate, such as Notion (data storage), our website hosting provider, Google (analytics, only if you accepted cookies), and — if you opted into updates — our email delivery provider;
- Authorities, if the law genuinely requires it.
6. How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as it is needed for the purposes above: while your application or inquiry is active, and — if you opted into updates — until you unsubscribe. When information is no longer needed, we delete it.
7. Your rights
Wherever you live, you can ask us to tell you what information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it entirely, and you can withdraw consent to marketing at any time. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@magnificcreativehub.com — we will act on your request within 30 days.
If you are in the EEA or the UK, you additionally have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection under the GDPR, and the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. If you are a California resident, you have equivalent rights under California law, and we will never discriminate against you for exercising them.
8. Children
This website and the MCH program are not directed to anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a minor has submitted information to us, contact us and we will delete it.
9. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy — for example, when we add analytics or new tools — we will post the updated version on this page with a new effective date. Meaningful changes will be flagged clearly rather than made quietly.
